Idealism, inspiration, and leadership


Over at my site that focuses on ministry, I began a series of posts about idealism and the kingdom of God. Essentially this is a post about vision, leadership, and motivation. In this first post, I look at the history and meaning of the term ideal. I will use follow up posts to look at how an ideal motivates and inspires, looking at it from the perspective of communication theorist Nancy Duarte and leadership researcher Jim Kouzes.

David has been a systems thinker most of his life. He has started three businesses as well as designed and developed systems and processes in existing organizations. He has a Doctorate in Leadership and has also done additional post-graduate work in communications.
